We have a vision for the business we lead. We may need to change (or Pivot) our strategic game plan, and all that comprises, including how we communicate. Our thought leader – an expert in policy, strategy, and negotiations – helped us see what we may not see from our viewpoint inside our businesses. In fact, in a conversation with LML in January 2019, he shared that a global pandemic and cyber-attacks were our most likely, and biggest, threats in the near future.
